As discussed, i will use the PCs in the control room to run video
plus my laptop into the barco to receive NDI and run timer to the comfort through your system
the rear relay screens are there as a backup, we will decide if needed once there
we will use your Panasonic PTZ main camera and our BMD studio on tripod as secondary
We will have 3x Wireless dynamics on stage (1 on stand for lectern, and 2 on table top stand or hand held for panel Q&A)
2x wireless hand held for audience Q&A
We will use your stream PC to stream to the WF events
i will need to be able to end the stream at any point if we feel required
